Something that my mum always wants to give me as a present every Christmas since my student years is a food course. No matter how many years I’ve already been living on my own, she still thinks I have no idea how to cook. While doing a bit of research for The Amazing Blog I came across with Food Safari – a course that I wouldn’t mind attending, in fact, I’d love to.
Food Safari runs a programme of food and drink courses and events that go further than a tradicional cookery school, the course gives you the opportunity to see the origins of truly great food. On Food Safari one has the opportunity of meeting true experts and learn new skills, whilst enjoying delicious food and drinks.
Food Safari has already 2013’s programme; the Suffolk-based company has teamed up with a London artisan food and drink producers including Sipsmith, The London Honey Company and England Preserves. They’ll offer beekeeping courses, tasting tours and preserving Workshops.
