Perfecta Home Therapy and Perfecta Extrema from Dermo 28

The Amazing Blog loves nothing more than a spa day, but unfortunately, it’s not a treat we get to enjoy often enough. However, with Dermo 28 you can give yourself the spa treatment at home. Their new Perfecta range is a must for both self-indulgence and self-improvement alike. With five high-quality problem targeting products to choose from, we decided to try the Perfecta home Therapy and Perfecta Extrema

The Perfecta Home Therapy comes with eight 30ml sachets of the brilliant formula. The product is both exfoliating and regenerating as it promotes cell renewal due to the high concentration of Vitamin C. The selection of active ingredients helps the products to deeply hydrate skin and leave skin feeling firmer and more supple.  The active ingredients include purifying Lemon Essential Oil, Softening Jojoba Oil and nourishing Shea Butter among others.  Just apply over your entire body once or twice a week by massaging into dry skin and see the effects take almost instant effect.

The Perfecta Extrema is an excellent way to treat the appearance of cellulite, as it stimulates microcirculation. By addressing specific problem areas, the product drastically improves the appearance of dimpled and “orange peel” skin. The intensive serum should be applied twice a day on affected areas and should be massaged in until it is fully absorbed. Like the Home Therapy, the Dermo 28’s Extrema also contains powerful active ingredients. The caffeine extract stimulates microcirculation, the Panthenol soothes and hydrates skin, while the carnitine and coenzyme work as a metabolic stimulator and slimmer.

So treat yourself to some spa treatments at home. You can purchase the Perfecta Home Therapy here for £45.00 and the Perfecta Extrema here for £62.00.

Coconut Water Juices by Coldpress

Coldpress’ idea that “life is sweeter with less sugar” is something that we at The Amazing Blog can get behind. We love trying delicious new beverages, so we jumped at the opportunity to try Coldpress' new Coconut Waters. Coldpress throws out traditional methods of fruit juice production by pasteurisation and instead favour pioneering cold-pressed technology. This means that the juices retain substantially more taste and goodness than pasteurised juices.  If you’re looking to get more taste, nutrients and vitamins out of your fruit juice with the bonus of less added sugar, then look no further than Coldpress juices!

Coldpress' new Coconut Water is the latest addition to their delicious range of juices and smoothies. They’re currently available in two flavours; Blood Orange Mandarin Coconut Water and Raspberry Lemon Apple Coconut Water. For anyone jumping late onto the coconut water hype, or dislike the taste of unflavoured coconut water, the Coldpress Coconut Water is a great option to try. Coconut water is high in electrolytes, such as potassium, making them an excellent way to stay hydrated. As Coldpress combines coconut water with their cold-pressed fruit juices, the Coconut Water provides nutrients, vitamins and minerals in addition to the electrolytes from the coconut water.

As with the whole range, Coldpress Coconut Water is bottled in their unique hexagonal bottle, showcasing the originality of the product inside. Coldpress Coconut Water is available in Blood Orange Mandarin and Raspberry Lemon Apple flavours.

The 750ml bottles are available for purchase, in cases of eight, directly from their website here from £7.56

London Cocktail Week

London is perhaps one of the best places for cocktails, with the endless trendy and quirky bars on offer in this cosmopolitan city. London Cocktail Week is celebrating this fabulous cocktail scene, together with 250 of the city’s best bars, to serve discounted drinks to the London masses. During Cocktail Week there will be a cocktail village at Old Spitalfields Market, where you can immerse yourself in a maze of pop-up cocktail bars and food stalls.

The bartenders can make your cocktail dreams a reality. There is no doubt that the array of ingredients and recipes will be abundant, but do not fret if you don’t drink alcohol! Mocktail lovers are welcome too. London Cocktail week isn’t just about gathering around and consuming alcohol though! There will be a whole host of fun events going on, including masterclasses, distillery tours, tastings and paired meals. Ever wanted to learn exactly how vodka is made? Hint: it's from potatoes. How to tune your palette to tasting nuances of flavours within a drink? Or maybe you just want to gather around and meet some Londoners with some drinks. We don’t blame you.

The week runs from Monday 2nd October to Sunday 8th October. All you need to do is purchase a Digital Pass to receive London Cocktail Week special offers, including unlimited £6 cocktails in more than 250 venues across the week and exclusive discounts in bars, restaurants and events.

Korres- Anti-Wrinkle and Firming Day/Night Cream

The Amazing Blog is a big fan of the brand Korres, and we have reviewed them multiple times in the past. We love them for two reasons; firstly they are inspired by homeopathy and its “mild yet effective approach to skin needs.” Secondly, we are big supporters of the brand because of their ability to produce high-quality products time and time again. Today we are writing about two of our new favourites from the brand, their Anti-Wrinkle and Firming Day Cream and their Anti-Wrinkle and Firming Night Cream.

Both the day and night creams are advanced, non-greasy formulas that help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. They restore skin to a more youthful state by helping it become firmer and regain its elasticity. Both products are driven by the revolutionary molecule Active HALupeol and Castanea Arcadia (Arcadian Chestnut tree.) These ingredients work to protect the skin’s essential structural elements such as collagen and glycoproteins. Overall, the creams give weaker and older skin suppleness and youthfulness. Our skin was left positively glowing and wonderfully smooth to the touch.

Not only are the products amazingly effective on skin, but they contain over 90% natural ingredients, making them the perfect products for eco-conscious people trying to avoid nasty parabens. The Day Cream is 93.3% natural and the Night Cream is 96.1% natural. They could not be easier to use, simply massage into skin once in the morning and once in the evening and watch as the effects quickly begin to take effect.

You can purchase the Day Cream here for around £39.40 and the Night Cream here for roughly £39.40. Although prices are listed in Euros PayPal is available which will allow you to pay in Pounds.

Shiny Lips Lip balm, Shea Butter Filtered Through Volcanic Rock and a Nourishing Beauty Mask from Manna

The Amazing Blog is a huge fan of the Manna brand, not only do they have excellent values but their products are always perfect. As the weather is beginning to change, it’s time to start switching up our skincare routine and products, and it seems only natural to incorporate Manna into this change. We have decided to include three of Manna’s products to help protect our skin from the ill effects of a dropping temperature and central heating. We sampled the Shiny Lips Lip Balm, the Shea butter Filtered through Volcanic Rock with Roman Chamomile and their Mattifying and Nourishing mask with blue clay.

If you are anything like us then chapped lips go hand in hand with cold weather. It’s unfortunate but true and cold winds have a nasty habit of ruining our lips. As such we are never far from a lip balm, and Manna’s Shiny Lips Lip Balm is the perfect way to keep lips perfectly hydrated and shiny all through the bitter months. Made with natural ingredients, the balm contains Sesame Oil, which helps with hydration and elasticity, Castor Oil which nourishes the lips and Cocoa Butter which will hydrate and protect the skin from various impacts. The product also smells amazing thanks to the orange and lemon essential oils in the product, which give it a great citrus scent.  If you lips dry out then so too will your skin, so it is imperative to apply a nourishing cream or butter to it at least once a day. We love the fragrant Shea Butter Filtered through Volcanic Rock that Manna produces. It is deeply nourishing and acts as an excellent base for makeup. This is because Shea Butter filtered through volcanic rock differs from the usual kind as it tends to be creamier and gives a more even texture and coverage. Manna filters their shea butter through the rocks (perlite) without using any chemicals in the process.

Although winter can be drying, that doesn’t mean you can get away with not properly looking after your t-zone. So if you are someone with naturally oily skin, you are still going to have to take care of your complexion. We would recommend the Mattifying and Nourishing Mask for this as it purifies skin in a gentle, natural and efficient way. Despite what people may think, oily skin is actually the most vulnerable as it dehydrates quickly, this mask will help keep skin looking great, healthy and hydrated all day long.

You can purchase the Shiny Lips Lip Balm here for £5.30, the Shea butter Filtered through Volcanic Rock with Roman Chamomile can be bought here for £14.80 and the Mattifying Mask here for £9.20
