After a long week, we can’t wait to put our feet up, relax, and indulge in good food, drinks and even better company. Don’t be shy, whether you’re a nail newbie, experienced pro or friend of the industry, this fantastic evening is open to everyone!  “This not-to-be missed party is open to all and has a tropical theme is to encourage some summer sun,” comments Georgie Smedley, director, Nail Harmony UK. “ Complimentary Cocktails and Mocktails will be available all night long, as well as great food to keep energy levels high and some exciting announcements will also be revealed…”

As mentioned earlier, if you’re looking for your next holiday, Nail Harmony UK is offering an all-inclusive trip for two to Mexico, for one lucky winner! The entry guidelines are simple:  Book a ticket, take a photo of a Gelish bottle in a creative, unique or exotic location – we say think beyond the bounds of convention here. Eat and Drink Festival 2018

Self-professed foodie or not, The Eat and Drink Festival has a little something to satisfy every taste bud. We here at The Amazing Blog have to admit that we can never turn down an event that brings together mouth-watering cuisines from around the world all into one place, so when we found out that the festival was returning for its second year at Olympia London; we had to let everyone know.

Now we all love going to the outdoor market to get lunch or a snack on a regular basis, but what makes The Eat and Drink Festival a unique experience that’s worth your while has to be The Foodie Stage; a live cooking demonstration from renowned chefs and food experts. Get ready to up your own skill set as they let you in on their own culinary secrets and their top tips to impress at your next dinner party.

Their Late Night Thursdays boast the country’s top street food vendors and music from up and coming local musicians until 9pm, so you can dance a bit before indulging on more delicious treats. The irresistible aromas from each vendor will make it hard to resist going back for seconds or thirds. Of course every good meal needs a drink to compliment it, so head on over next to The Drinks Station to find your signature cocktail, while you pick up some tips on how to pair a meal with the perfect drink. You can also take home some fresh produce and handmade products at their Artisan Producers’ Market to try your hand at crafting a food masterpiece of your own. 

 The Eat and Drink Festival comes back to London from the 17th of March to the 2nd of April, so don’t miss out! They’re open daily from 10am to 6pm (except on Late Night Thursdays). Tickets are available here starting as little as £14 for adults on weekdays, with free admittance for children 15 and under. 

Winterland evenings in London

If the February weather has you feeling down, look no further than an evening at Winterland in Fulham to lift your spirits! We here at The Amazing Blog are always on the hunt for a fun and unique way to spend a night out with friends and loved ones, so when we heard that Winterland was re-opening their doors due to popular demand, we knew we had to book our tickets straight away.

This event is the perfect way to impress someone on a date night by dining in an igloo that overlooks the river or even just another way to gather up all your friends for an unforgettable night out. Step into the enchanted forest and explore a world full of delicious wood-fired pizzas and fondues, while you warm-up with hot toddies or mulled wine. Of course, there is a full bar so you can be sure to find a drink to suit your tastes. 

Once you’ve satisfied your cravings, you can then head on down for a round of mini-golf. If that isn’t your cup of tea, gather up a team for a game of curling or even try out a game of ping-pong and then beer (or Prosecco) pong; perfect for a duo. And what better way to end a night out than singing along to your favorite songs in their new Karaoke booth.

Winterland is open February 2nd – March 10th from 6pm-11pm on Thursday and Friday and 2pm-11pm on Saturday. General entry tickets are available in limited amounts at the door for £5 per person, but we think it’s best to book entry tickets as well as seating and activities, which vary in price, online here in advance to guarantee the best spot!
